About Us
Main Contractor
The main contractor role is one in which our clients appoint their own design team and RDB takes care of all building works both on and off-site including works undertaken by specialist sub-contactors. We offer two options for projects undertaken this way:
Fixed Cost
The project is fully designed and detailed in advance of the building work commencing.
Cost Plus
For a project where the design is likely to progressively change or develop. All work is delivered as economically as possible and RDB charges the client at actual cost, plus a percentage mark-up that is agreed in advance to cover overheads and profit.
