Pre Construction Services 

 

Arguably the most important stages of a building project are the initial ones. Our pre-construction team, who carry out the planning and pricing of our projects can offer a variety of standalone services and advice to help with these initial stages. We believe that engaging in a dialogue either directly with the client or between professionals as part of a larger project team is extremely beneficial and provides an advantage for the client. We can provide input on logistics, programmes and schedules as well as Contractors Design Portions (CDP) as and where required. Our team can also carry out cost sum analysis, value engineering and surveys. By being involved from the outset we can help to identify potential build issues and get the project off to the best start possible.
