We ensure this is the case by employing the best trades people who take pride in their work. Every stage of our process is subject to rigorous quality control of inspecting and testing. The foundation of ensuring this is the case is careful planning and coordination which is crucial when working with dynamic teams of multiple trades. Our processes ensure that we work to eliminate the need for any rectifying of any defects following the completion of a project and we work to a zero defects policy on every one of our projects.
RDB believes strongly that the handover of a project is not the end of our contract or obligation. Once our formal contract has come to an end we are happy to carry out minor repairs, maintenance and decorating through to annual surveys covering all aspects of the building including mechanical and electrical systems. We still provide services for many clients and completed projects from over 20 years ago which is testament to our commitment and become 'the solution' for many clients.
